Shipping Privacy

To protect our customers' privacy, our products are packaged in unmarked, discreet boxes.

We ship primarily via USPS. US Postal Service does not pick up after 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) Friday or over the weekend. All orders placed between Friday night and Sunday night will ship on Monday. Next-day and second-day service doe snot include weekends.

How shipping costs are determined

Shipping costs are determined by your item's size and weight, your selected shipping method, and your delivery address.In your shopping cart, we show your estimated shipping cost, based on the lowest price shipping method available. If you select a different shipping method or live outside of the contiguous United States, your actual shipping cost may be higher.

Where does Sentel Tech Security ship?

  • The 48 continental states

  • Alaska and Hawaii are eligible for Expedited shipping

  • APO/FPO addresses are eligible for package delivery by the US Postal Service

  • Canada


When Will My Order Ship?

Each product on our product pages it has an estimated processing time, which is given in business days and provided on the product's page. Processing times vary based on how your item is being shipped and where it is being fulfilled. Your full delivery time frame includes both processing time and the time your item is in transit.

Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include federal holidays within the United States.

What Shipping methods are available? 

Shipping Methods and Transit Time:

  • Standard USPS first class shipping, 3-4 business days

  • USPS Priority 2 days shipping, 2-3 business days

  • USPS Priority Express shipping, 1-2 business day (2 days if being shipped to a rural area)

Please Note: There is a one-day handling time on all orders placed.

How can i track my shipment?

You can view the status of your shipment by visiting our Track Your Order page.

Tracking availability varies based on the types of items you purchased, your selected shipping method, and the carrier of your item. Please note, it may take up to 48 hours for a carrier to scan your order into its tracking system. This means your tracking number may not provide updates for up to 48 hours.

What if i never received my shipment?

Occasionally packages may become lost in transit, delivered to an incorrect address, arrive in separate packages or left in a different location at your home. Log in to My Account and select Order Status.

If your order is past the estimated delivery date or has been marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact Customer Service for assistance

RETURNS POLICY

Unfortunately, sometimes things malfunction or an item that you purchased doesn’t exactly suit your needs. At Sentel tech we understand this, and take great strides in order to provide a seamless hassle free Return System to make returning an item quick and easy. We have incorporated an automated returns section that once your submit request it gets reviewed by our customer service department and approved that same day. We provide a quick and easy solution because we understand you have better things to do.

Request a Return 

The Sentel Tech return policy is simple.Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return the product in its original condition with original packaging in new and saleable condition. (Saleable condition is the exact condition in which you received your items, free of scatches and defects.) Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving your items.

Opened items NOT eligible for return:

    • Micro SD Cards or SD cards

    • SIM Cards

    • Counter Surveillance Products

    • Boxed Software

All returns will need a valid RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) number on the front of the package or the shipment may be refused by our warehouse. RMA's will be issued with the return is approved in our system.

All returns or exchanges missing contents or with damage to the original box may be refused or may be subject to a 20% restocking fee (i.e. missing/damaged UPC barcodes, missing/damaged manuals, missing/damaged warranties, tape on the manufacturer’s box, etc.).

Sentel Tech is not liable in any way for returned packages that were lost or damaged during shipment. Return shipping is paid by the customer for all products, unless the item is defective, or as otherwise specified in a specific product detail page on our website. For qualifying returns, a prepaid UPS return label will be provided.

It is strongly recommended that you use a traceable return mailing service and to keep a record of the tracking number for the return shipment. Sentel Tech will not be responsible for any lost return shipments. In the case that proof of delivery is requested for a returned package, the return tracking number will be required.

WARRANTY REPLACEMENTS

All products are backed by our standard 90-Day Warranty, with the exception of SG products having a 1-Year Warranty. If your product stops working within those given timeframes and we are unable to resolve the issue through troubleshooting, we will issue a return for a replacement of the same item.

As part of our inspection process for warranty replacement requests, all items are tested upon receipt. If the returned item is found to be in working condition and free of defects your original item will be returned to you. If the item is confirmed to be defective, a new replacement unit will be shipped.

All items returned are subject to an inspection/testing process.

If it is determined that an item returned is not in salable condition the return eligibilty will be void and the item will be sent back to you. Conditions that will incur a 20% restocking fee include,but are not limited to:damage to the product,its components, accessories or packaging. A restocking fee may also be assessed for missing parts, accessories or packaging.

If the product has been altered or physically damaged due to misuse, this may void the warranty and/or return eligibility of the item. In these rare cases your return may be denied and the product will be returned to you.

unauthorized returns

Items returned without a return merchandise authorization issued by Sentel Tech Security may be denied and sent back to the customer. 

international customers

Sentel Tech Security is unable to reimburse any customs or duties fees paid by international customers in the event of a return of an item delivered outside the United States.

As stated in our shipping policy, Sentel Tech Security is not responsible for any additional charges levied by the recipient’s country for importing our products. As such, we will not be able to issue any reimbursements for those fees.

For warranty replacements, we are able to mark the packages for the replacement shipment as replacement products. However, it is still up to the discretion of the recipient country as to whether or not additional customs or duties fees will be issued for the new shipment. Regrettably, Sentel Tech Security is not able to control whether or not these fees will be issued. Any fees will remain the responsibility of the customer.

Refused International Shipments: If your package is returned to us due to your refusal to pay customs fees, any fees charged to us by the carrier for the return of the package will be deducted from the amount refunded to you for the item.

If the refusal to pay customs fees results in the package being put into abandonment by the carrier and the items are not returned to us we will not be able to refund you for these items.
